    How can I sign up on Case Box?

    You can sign up by simply clicking the sign-up button. All you need to enter is your full name, email address, password, and password hint. The rest of the account information is not compulsory and can be filled later.

    How can I apply a promo code?

    You can apply a promo code at the time of checkout. The promo codes will not work on already discounted products of CaseBox.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    How can I modify my order?

    You can always review the added products and total amount in “Your Cart.” It will remain in the “processing status” for a shorter period, after your approval. You can make the modification within this specific time.

    However, once it is submitted, you can’t modify or make any changes.

    What are the approved Payment Methods?

    We majorly accept cash on delivery, PayPal, and Credit cards.

    Is there an option for free shipping?

    Yes, we offer shipment Free of cost in Cyprus. However, certain conditions are applicable in this regard. The free shipping is provided if your placed order worth more than €14.


    How many days can I return the product?

    Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of shipment of the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

    Can I get refund?

    Sorry, but refunds are not possible. Returns can only be made with another of our products or with products of equal value.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
